Please check all items carefully upon delivery. If there is damage during the delivery process, it needs to be reported to us and the shipping company as soon as possible. Please see Premier Delivery for more important information on this. Over sized items, such as large furniture pieces, require extra care in shipping and are handled by an In-Home Delivery Service. When placing an order for a large item, we offer shipping with a Premier Delivery Company. CC Custom Cabinetry & Finishes uses the USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS or FedEx to ship any small items we may offer, such as hardware (drawer pulls and cabinet knobs, shelves, etc.) These items would fall under the standard delivery category and will be insured in case of shipping damage.
Standard delivery services will apply using the methods of the specific carrier. USPS, UPS, FedEx standard policies will apply. Standard delivery may sometimes be used on smaller furniture items. But most always, furniture items will be shipped with a premier delivery service. If item was received damaged during transit please contact us and report this immediately and save all original packaging. If box looks to be damaged please take detailed photos before opening packaging and then take photos of the damaged item inside. Failing to do so may result in an inability to refund the damaged item. ALL PRODUCTS ARE INSPECTED AND LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE BEING PROFESSIONALLY WRAPPED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION.
The Premier Delivery Service (also called “White Glove Delivery”) consists of placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, assembly, and bundling of the packaging debris. Premier Delivery is available to you at an additional charge. These costs will be clearly noted on our website when purchasing each item. The Premier Delivery Surcharge will be clearly stated under Home Delivery Options in the product page. Please note that due to the extra care and handling involved with our Premier Delivery service, the shipping time may be extended up to 1-2 weeks beyond standard shipping times. If item was received damaged during transit please contact us and a claim must be made right then and there (immediately) with the shipping company while they are present. Based on extent of damage the shipping company will make a decision on whether they will return the item back to us or seek repair. Failing to make a claim at the delivery time will result in an inability to refund the damaged item or not receiving a refund or repair from shipping company.
